FORMATION OF CIRCLES IN KIKUCHI PATTERNS

摘要

Kikuchi patterns of silicon are obtained where large radius circles are observed. These circles are shown to be caused by the one-dimensional diffraction of electrons occurring at their axial channeling in the silicon single crystal.
