摘要

The review article by Donas et al.1 in this issue of JEW has reached important conclusions about the current status of hybrid procedures in the treatment of thoracoab-dominal and pararenal aortic aneurysms. Donas and colleagues discussed the major technical improvements in hybrid repair, focusing on the type of surgical approach, the renovisceral anastomosis technique, the antegrade versus retrograde renovisceral re-vascularization, and the concurrent versus 2-stage visceral hybrid approach.
