摘要

The optimization problem of the intensity of the second harmonic generation for a nanostructureil layer with confinement potential in the form of double quantum well is studied. The values of the well parameters providing the double resonance regime are estimated. Dependences of the optical characteristics of the system on the well parameters are studied. It is shown that the maximal conversion of radiation takes place at the largest value of the second harmonic generation coefficient.
