INVESTIGATION OF VISIBILITY OF X-RAY DIFFRACTION MOIRE PATTERNS BY A TRIPLE FOUR-CRYSTAL INTERFEROMETER

摘要

The visibility of X-ray interferometric patterns obtained with a triple four-crystal interferometer is experimentally studied depending on the difference of amplitudes (intensities) of interfering waves. It is shown that the visibility of interference patterns increases with the decrease in the difference of interfering wave amplitudes.
