Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic combined intrarenal surgery (ECIRS) using retrograde flexible ureteroscopy and miniature percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) for the treatment of patients with staghorn calculi in the prone split-leg position.
