AimsTo evaluate the antibacterial efficacy of novel antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) against multidrug-resistant (MDR) Salmonella enterica serovar Choleraesuis (Salm.Choleraesuis) and to delineate the AMP-responsive mechanisms of wild-type (WT) and MDR strains.
