Greaves Cotton,an engineering firm from the B M Thapar group,has decided to sell its power transmission products business,manufacturing a range of gearboxes and fluid couplings,with units at Pune and Aurangabad (Maharashtra) and Falta (West Bengal). The move,approved by the board of directors,is subject to shareholders' approval.
