ACCSYS has developed ACCOUNT, a Plan Actual monitor to view, log generate reports/graphs of the production of components in a continuous production line.Two sets of jumbo displays are provided on either side, one for displaying Plan quantity and the other for Actual quantity. The visibility is good from a distance of more than 50 mtrs and either display enables both supervisor and the operator to view the details. Plan indicates the quantity that should have been produced from shift start, worked from the time set for producing a component and Actual is the quantity produced.
