摘要

An important area of cotton (Gossypium) is germplasm characterization and utilization. In this present study, Gossypium hirsutum, G. arboreum and hybrid of G. hirsutum x G. barbadense have been selected for RAPD analysis. RAPD was found to be useful in detection of DNA polymorphism, development of unique RAPD marker and genetic diversity analysis among selected cotton hybrids.
