Template synthesis of some double Schiff-base metal(II) complexes through one pot four component reactions under mild and convenient conditions

摘要

Preparation of some Schiff-base complexes of Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and UO_2(VI) from salicylaldehyde, ammonium hydroxide, aliphatic aldehydes and transition metal salts through one pot four component reaction are described. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses (C, H and N), infrared, ~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR and mass spectroscopy.
