Tangency, Paratangency and Four-Cones Coincidence Theorem in Carnot Groups

We obtain an analogue of the classical "Four-Cones coincidence" theorem in Carnot groups, i.e. we characterize intrinsic sub-manifolds by the coincidence of its lower and upper paratangent (and tangent, as well) cones.
