The authors regret that during table formatting of Table 2, three copy-paste mistakes have occurred. Data related to molecular weight of PCL and kinetic constants are not consistent with what is described in the text and plots. Please note that both text and plots are correct and consistent with each other and thus this allows to say that a mismatch must have occurred during formatting of the table. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused the readers of the journal. Please find the corrected table overleaf.
