Crohn's disease is associated with a variety of cutaneous manifestations many of which parallel disease activity. Associations such as erythema nodosum, pyoderma gang-renosum and apthous ulceration are well known and rarer associations such as Sweet's syndrome and metastatic Crohn's disease are recognised. Curiously, leucocytoclastic vasculitis as a cutaneous manifestation of Crohn's disease remains rare or under-recognised.
