摘要

A method was developed for the separation of cis-(1S,2R)-, cis-(1R,2S)-, trans-(1S,2S)- and trans-(1R,2R)-2-amino-cyclopentane-1-carboxylic acids by using pre-column derivatization with the chiral derivatizing reagents 1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrophenyl-5-L-alanine amide and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyl isothiocyanate. The method is suitable for the separation of both diastereomeric and enantiomeric pairs. The high-performance liquid chromatographic conditions (pH, eluent composition and different buffers) were varied to obtain optimal separation. [References: 51]
