The theory of relaxation properties of polymernetworks is considered for specific long-scale cooperativemotions of network chains, which have characteristic scalesgreater than chain dimensions between cross-links. Long-rangehydrodynamic interaction between the incompressible effectiveviscous medium and the network moving with respect to thismedium are taken into account. Two types of relaxation spectraarise. The first type of relaxation spectrum appears in the casewhen the symmetry of network motions is not consistent withthe incompressibility of viscous medium. In this case theeffective viscous medium is immobile. The second non-trivialtype of relaxation spectrum is caused by the combined motion ofthe network and the effective viscous medium. This relaxationspectrum is very narrow, and its width depends on the networkand the effective viscous medium. This relaxation spectrum isvery narrow, and its width depends on the network structure andthe viscosity of effective viscous medium. In the case of thesecond type of relaxation spectrum, the network motions arelocalized in the volume close to the dimension of the networkcell or the average chain dimension between network junctions.
