A DNA algorithm for the electrocardiogram recognition

摘要

Electrocardiogram (ECG) is one of the important methods to detect heart disease. ECG automatic recognition is not only the target of medicine, but also the work of computer science. In this paper, a DNA algorithm based on syntactic recognition is proposed to solve this problem. And a DNA molecular automata and the DNA encoding scheme are also given in the rest of the paper. The simulation results can prove the feasibility of this method.
