With great interest, we read the recent article on estimating clinically meaningful measures of treatment effect from logistic regression models by Austin [1]. He presents a concept that has already been published elsewhere but oversimplifies the approach, as the required distinction between observational cohort studies and randomized controlled trials (RCTs) is not made.
