We appreciate Pokroy's interest in our article and thank him for his pertinent comments and constructive suggestions. Pokroy has some doubt about the pathogenic mechanism we described based on the clinical examination and the anterior segment OCT (AS-OCT) and UBM images. He suggested that an inflammatory mechanism due to the release of sequestered lens proteins into the anterior chamber and the vitreous by the laser capsulotomy was more likely that an IOL-iris chafing mechanism.
