Multicomponent reaction for the synthesis of pyridine derivatives based on triphenylamine

摘要

A facile preparation of pyridine derivatives based on triphenylamine through a multicomponent reaction from 3-cyanoacetylindoles, ammonium acetate and a 1,3-diarylpropenone either by conventional heating or microwave irradiation is described. The three-component reaction afforded good yields and involved a simple procedure.
