摘要

A series of novel 6-aryl-3-(D-glucoheptonic-hexitol-1-yl)-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazines (2a-2j) have been synthesised in high yield by means of the reaction of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-(D-glucoheptonic-hexitol-1-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (1) with substituted ω-brom- oacetophenones. The structures of the compounds were determined by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS. Most possessed high plant growth-regulating activities.
