This paper exists in two forms.This printed,illustrated version is a synopsis of some of the topics and issues that are explored in a more extensive version online,which is not illustrated.The online version attempts to provide a complete discussion of how the course is implemented,evaluated,and so forth,and also has a comprehensive bibliography of-300 references.
