Dissociation constants (K.) of morpholinomethylphosphonic acid, piperidinomethylphosphonic acid, and the well-known pH buffer morpholinopropylsulfonic acid were determined potentiometrically at I = 0.1 mol dm(-3) NaCl ionic strength at (25 +/- 0.5) degrees C. Stability constants for Cu2+-, Ni2+-, and Zn2+-morpholinopropylsulfonate and -piperidinomethylphosphonate complexes were determined.
