Massive right atrial myxoma causing right ventricular inflow obstruction: An unusual presentation of myxoma

We describe a case of a massive right atrial myxoma, causing right ventricular inflow obstruction. The tumor was detected by echocardiography and resected along with a section of the tricuspid septal leaflet, followed by primary repair, resulting in relief of her symptoms.
