Syrian and Lebanese buyers reluctant to purchase flats in falling market

Lebanese and Syrian markets for flats see utterly weak business activity. Trading companies in these countries refuse to conclude new contracts amid hefty stocks and end-users' slack demand. Besides, quotations of import material head down, forcing them to slash prices. At the same time, they still can buy some small batches of the material if import quotations stabilize, although no upturn in demand is expected in Syria and Lebanon.
