Chinese flats producers stick to reasonable pricing policy

Buying is now decreasing in the Chinese flats market. End users have suspended purchases, having enough materialin stock, so traders’ inventories have stopped declining for the first time in two months. Moreover, CR coils stockshave even grown. Producers will not be able to lift prices till the end of May amid lower plate demand from re-sellersand falling iron ore quotations. Nevertheless, mills are not going to make reductions, most of them having already cutprices for May production in April.
