Prices for iron ore fines hit a new all-time low at $46/t CFR in the first half ofApril, losing $9/t month-on-month. Although they have somewhat increasedsince then (to $49/t as of the time of the report preparation for publishing), theiron ore market is still highly volatile . prices may lose $4/t day-on-day (around8% of the current level) as well as gain $2-3/t.
