Pakistan’s Tuwairqi Steel Mills Ltd. (TSML) keeps searching for a potential buyer of an idled 1.28 milliontpy HBI plant. The offer to buy the asset has been received from Iran’s FASCO, while $340 million wasinvested into its construction, a company insider told Metal Expert. The 4-turbine 26-MW power plant isplanned to remain in the company’s ownership, the source adds.
