Switzerland’s Klesch Group completes acquisition of Itay’s Leali Steel

On March 25, Klesch Group completed a procedure of full acquisition of Italy’s Leali Steel with its secondasset in Borgo Valsugana, Metal Expert has learnt from local sources. The investor was leasing productionsites of the company since July 2013 and on April 24, 2015 acquired longs-rolling mill in Odolo (300,000 tof merchant bars annually).
