Austria’s voestalpine has signed another offtake agreement for HBI supply from its new 2 million tpyplant nearing commissioning in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA. The new American flats producer Big RiverSteel in Osceola, Arkansas, will purchase nearly 240,000 tpy ofHBI.
