摘要

Mechanosensitive ion channel transduce physical stresses to cells by the response of electrochemicals exchange. The purpose of this study was to improve understanding of ion channel inhibition process by SWCNTs. PatchDock and FireDock results suggest that the SWCNTs interact with the extracellular domain of the ion channels. SWCNTs can be considered as the new class of ion channel inhibitors.
