USTDA invites submissions of qualifications and proposals from interested U.S.firms to develop a feasibility study for a pilot project to improve existing and develop new drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities in four municipalities in the Siret River Basin in Romania.The country has fragmented water resource infrastructure that is unequally distributed within a large territory and among a large popula tion.
