Response is easy because the request is so small that it would take more time to discuss than to do. But what about larger requests or the lists of little things that in the aggregate become schedule or bottom line busters? "It depends on the request," says Jeffrey B. Hancock, president and founder, Turbo-Wash, Emerson, NJ. "Generally if it is a small amount of work that requires limited detergents and less than 15 minutes of work, I will include it for the customer at no additional charge."
