Chinese Diprionid Sawflies I. Distribution, host species, damage and life cycle

摘要

There are 32 known diprionid sawflies (Hymenoptera, Diprionidae) in China up to now, more than 10 of which are outbreak species, and 24 of which only distributed in China according to the existing records. All species and their distribution, host species, damages are described. The life cycles and bionomics of 12 harmful species to the forests are also presented.
