Bush's FY '08 budget proposal would trim water program funding

President Bush unveiled a 2.9 trillion fiscal 2008 budget proposal early this week that would would trim EPA clean-water programs next year from current funding levels.But don't take it too seriously.Bush's budget plan proposes 1.5 billion next year for EPA-run water-quality programs,about 200 million less than current funding levels.
