摘要

Mutual separation characteristics havebeen investigated for neighboring rare earth elementsfrom the multicomponent oxide mixtures La2O3-CeO2-Pr6O11-Nd2O3 and Y2O3-La2O3-CeO2-Pr6O11-Nd2O3 usinga stepwise chlorination-chemical vapor transport(SC-CVT) reaction mediated by vapor complexesLnAlnCl3n+3 within 6h. The results show that the totalCTV amounts of La, Pr and Nd and the separation factorsof Pr:Nd and Nd:Pr from the quaternary oxide mixtureare much higher for the SC-CVT reaction than for theconventional CVT reaction. An efficient SC-CVTseparation between Y and La is also observed from the quinary oxide mixture.
