Minnesota Town to Buy Biosolids Drying System

Monticello,Minn.,City Council is considering adding a biosolids drying system to its wastewater treatment operations in 2008 and has narrowed its search to two brands.Kruger and Komline-Sanderson are the two companies vying for Monticello's business,said Public Works Director John Simola.The city will expand its treatment plant in the fall to increase waste production capacity and make a higher-class of sludge product.
