摘要

Graft copolymers of polyacrylamide with starch, amylose, and amylopectin have been synthesized using ceric-ion-induced redox initiation technique. The polymers were characterized using different instrumental techniques like thermal, XRD, SEM, IR, NMR, and elemental analysis. The results indicated that there is a substantial amount of grafting with minimum formation of homopolyacrylamide. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. [References: 18]
