摘要

A total of 15 corn [maize] kernel and maize screening samples were analysed for the presence of fumonisin toxins. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile/water (1:1) and cleaned up with C18 solid phase extraction cartridges. Analysis of fumonisinswas performed by on-line capillary liquid chromatography-fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry. Two isomers of partially hydrolysed fumonisin B1 were detected in 5 samples and N-acetyl fumonisin B2 was detected in 1 sample. Hydrolyzed fumonisin B1 wasalso detected in 1 sample, although further confirmation was needed.
