摘要

This research focused on the uptake and translocation. ability of M. aquaticum for different pesticides. Specifically, a test tube which has a barrier system with silicone and rubber mix was established for the uptake and translocation studies of different pesticides (trifluralin, triasulfuron, terbutryn, atrazine and cycloxidim) in M. aquaticum. Pesticide uptake and distribution in plants were determined by growing plants in nutrient medium amended with 14 C-pesticides in a root chamber. All the applied pesticides could be taken up via roots and translocated to shoots. Terbutryn, trifluralin and triasulfuron were taken up more via roots than cycloxidim and atrazine. The highest uptake was detected by terbutryn and the lowest by atrazine. [References: 22]
