It is commonly accepted that an optimum microbial balance in animal gastrointestine associated with good health and nutrition. Probiotics have been demonstrated to be useful in manipulating gut microbial balance (Fuller, 1989; Collins and Gibson, 1999). Due to this reason, the probiotics, which is also be defined as direct-fed microbials (DFM), has been received much consideration in recent years.
