Modification of Cloud Model in Modtran Code with Meteological Satellite Cloud Image Data

摘要

To evaluate the radiation budget with a numerical code including cloud and aerosol models is unavoidable task for global study of environment. Modtran (Abreu and Anderson, 1996) is considered to be most profitable simulator for such calculation; however, there still remain problems on the evaluation of cloud model used in the code.
