Group classification method for pm 2.5 aerosols analysed with comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC Tof MS)

摘要

GCxGC TOF MS is a relatively new technique that provides superior separation of compounds over normal GC MS.The superior separations mean that more compounds can be separated and identified.The data generated by GCxGC TOF MS,however,amounts to thousands of compounds that cannot be interpreted in a fast and efficient way.The purpose of this study was therefore,to create a method to classify the obtained compounds into different chemical classes.The compounds are differentiated according to their mass spectra and according to the retention time in both chromatographic columns.
