摘要

The scattering and absorption of ultra-violet(UV)radiation by fine particulate matter and some gases alters photochemical reaction rates in the lower troposphere.However,a compleXfeedback loop exists between UV radiation attenuation and atmospheric pollutants and thus it is difficult to estimate a clear relationship(Ying and Kleeman,2003).Therefore,a variety of radiative transfer models have been developed(Madronich and Flocke,1998;Thomas and Stamnes,1999).In this paper a particular case is investigated:a continuous period of simultaneous observations under clear skies and high pollution levels in central Europe.
