摘要

The role of magnetic and structural anisotropics in determining the radio-frequency properties of ferrites and their performance characteristics when integrated within high-frequency devices are explored. Both thin-film epitaxy and bulk polycrystalline texture are discussed, defining viable paths to realizing the crystallographic texture required for device integration.
