On April 9,2014, the House of Technology in Essen will offer the seminar entitled "Plastics welding processes - Fundamentals and new process developments for the joining of plastics". The event is intended to illustrate the possibilities of plastics welding technology and to classify the different welding processes with regard to their economic and process-technology potentials and limits. A fundamental and objective-oriented introduction to the material behaviour of plastics will be given for this purpose.
