Surprising improvement in the prevailing mood in the 2nd half of 2013

The German-speaking plastics sector experienced a surprisingly positive economic situation in the second half of 2013. Almost half of the companies in the sector were able to be pleased about an improvement in the course of business. The good development related to almost all the segments of the sector as well as to domestic and foreign activities to equal extents. The sectoral service called " Kl - Plastics Information" reported this as the result of its latest survey which concerned the economic trend in the plastics industry and in which 436 companies participated.
