In 2013 as well, the plastics fair in Dus-seldorf lost nothing of its worldwide significance: The number of exhibitors was still oriented to the available space and the internationality rose even further. As always, the numbers of visitors were very high. Other fairs which have been gaining significance in China, India or America for years are not yet capable of affecting the fascination of "K". Last year too, the fair's cost situation which had been the subject of complaints for many years and was unpleasant for the mechanical engineering companies in particular with the setting-up and operation of the installations did not mean that fewer or only smaller installations could be seen.
