A Core Stabilization Technologyfor manufacturing of sandwich components

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) came into existence on 1st October 1964 and has today 19 Production Units and 10 Research and Design Centers in 8 locations in India. The new Core Stabilization Technology is used for all manufacturing of sandwich components. With the new corestabilization technique adopted in manufacturing of sandwich parts, the problem of core crush/shifting is eliminated and the weight (lOto 15%) is reduced by avoiding core filler material along chamfered edge of core.
