Umeco and Shanghai Leadgo Technology form a joint venture in China

Umeco plc announced on 21 September 2010 that its Process Materials business has entered into a joint venture (JV) with its Chinese distributor Shanghai Leadgo Technology Co., Ltd. The joint-venture agreement is subject to approval from Chinese authorities, which should be granted wiuiin the next two monuis.
