Overthelast years a company, based in Parma (Italy), has been working on new machines in orderto broaden their range of products and to face new demands from the market place. As far as secondary packaging is concerned, it is evident that end users are showing an increased attention towards the quality and general appearance of packs produced using printed shrink film. Multi-packs in particular are re- i quired to be aesthetically perfect and tightly formed. The company has faced these demands by developing a brand new shrink oven with better controls to ensure the correct film shrinkage.
